Team Leadership : Lead, supervise, and support junior staff members to deliver consistent, high-quality care, in line with the Home's standards and Statement of Purpose. Operational Support : Assist the management team in adhering to policies, procedures, and record-keeping protocols, ensuring resources are used effectively. Shift Management : Cover various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and sleep-ins, and participate in residential trips as required. Liaison and Advocacy : Work closely with senior management, local authorities, schools, healthcare professionals, and other external parties to advocate for and promote the welfare of the young people. Cultural Promotion : Foster an inclusive workplace culture that values every team member's contribution and actively challenges discrimination. Confidentiality : Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
