Our services focus on: Supporting people to be as independent as possible in their homes Supporting people to achieve and be successful Helping people to pursue their interests and enjoy their lives Enabling people to be active members of their communities We are looking for a resilient and friendly Senior Support Worker to join a team that works in partnership with people who use our services, to enable them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. You will have a can-do approach and be committed to supporting people in a positive, creative way that enables them to live a fulfilled life. You will demonstrate best practice and be a role model for the team. You will receive ongoing support to ensure your continued professional development and enthusiasm for the role. An NVQ or Diploma Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, but a genuine passion for providing person-centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Senior Support Worker. In return, Autism Initiatives will provide you with a full induction and ongoing learning to support you to obtain qualifications pertinent to the role. This is a truly rewarding role, with the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and your career. Given the nature of the role, these positions are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure for the successful applicants. The cost of which will be met by Autism Initiatives. What can we offer you?
