As a Senior Support Worker, you'll supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards. You'll support adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health, and other physical conditions on a person-centered basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living. Please note, as part of this job role, a sleep-in will be required and the service has a 6-week rolling rota. Qualifications

Previous Support Worker experience is essential. You will be supporting adults with mental health illnesses on a person-centered basis, including following care plans, administering medication, and assisting with community access and daily living tasks. Benefits
