We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our ever-growing team providing support anywhere from 30 minutes to hour visits in clients' own homes. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the independence of our clients. We uphold an exceptional standard of care, providing truly personal services that empower our clients to live their lives to the fullest. Your ability to communicate and relate to a diverse range of clients, as well as your understanding of the principles of dignity and respect, will be key in following routines, carrying out set care plans, and recording and monitoring changes in individual conditions.
