About The Role Senior Support Worker

A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker with Priority Childcare involves: Act as shift leader Assist in ensuring service standards are maintained Participating in the on-call rota Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders Participate in assessment, development, and review of support and care plans Promote and celebrate homes achievements To be a successful Senior Support Worker with Priority Childcare, you'll need: Experience in a support environment Driving License QCF level 3 qualified or working towards Knowledge of statutory regulations Lead by example and always act as a positive role model Understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
