You will receive a 2-week induction to learn about PBS, understanding communication and behavior, how to teach skills, and enable people to live the lifestyle they wish. A workplace induction follows, which enables you to learn how to support individuals in the way they wish. We have a leadership pathway for those with the right ambition, skills, and aptitude, which can take you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond!
