You will receive a 2-week induction to learn about PBS, understanding communication and behavior, and how to teach skills to enable people to live the lifestyle they wish. A workplace induction follows which enables you to learn how to support the individual in the way they wish. We have a leadership pathway for those with the right ambition, skills, and aptitude, which can take you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond! We also have access to a staff benefit scheme and operate a team reward program. Note:
