Job Summary

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. Trindlemoss House supports adults who have learning disabilities and other support needs including autism. We use a Positive Behavioural Support Model to enable, support and encourage residents to work towards being as independent as possible within a homely environment. Each of the 6 residents has their own self-contained flat where they are supported according to their unique support needs. The successful candidates will work as part of a team alongside Residents to identify personal outcomes and co-create and review plans that will enable them to achieve their personal outcomes. You will use an asset-based approach to identify, design and implement building based and wider community-based opportunities that contribute positively to the achievement of personal outcomes whilst taking a risk enablement approach. You will lead and supervise a team of staff ensuring Residents achieve their personal outcomes.
