Senior Support Worker – North Tyneside (Annitsford, Tynemouth)

Job Responsibilities: Work as part of a team and within protocols and guidelines. Support the Team Leader in managerial tasks. Provide support for Autistic adults; full training will be provided. Demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery. Maintain a level of fitness that enables participation in activities. Deputize for the Team Leader and work towards a relevant qualification. Possess a clean driving license (advantageous but not essential). Benefits: 6 weeks (including bank holidays) paid holiday, increasing to 8 weeks. Company Pension Scheme/Life Assurance. Meals provided on shift. Company sick pay scheme up to 3 months full pay.
