Domiciliary Senior Care Assistant

to join our dedicated team, delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. About the Role: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of care services, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to live independently and comfortably. You'll support a team of care assistants, acting as a role model and ensuring the highest standards of care. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting clients with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living activities. Supervising and mentoring care assistants, ensuring they deliver exceptional care. Conducting care assessments, updating care plans, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals. Monitoring the quality of care provided and addressing any issues promptly. Driving between client locations and ensuring all visits are completed on time. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a care role, ideally in a domiciliary or community care setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. A caring, proactive, and professional approach to supporting clients and colleagues. A valid driving license and access to a reliable car (essential).
