The Role: We are seeking compassionate and experienced Senior Support Workers to join our client’s team and provide high-quality care and guidance to the children in their home. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people in their development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional care and support in line with individual care plans. Lead and mentor the support team during shifts. Ensure the home operates to the highest safeguarding and care standards. Build positive, trusting relationships with the children, promoting their emotional and social development. Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews. Requirements: Experience:
Minimum of two years working in a residential setting with children. Qualifications:
Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent). Skills:
