As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervisions, ordering medication, and ensuring that the people we support are assisted in managing their finances. Minimum Requirements: We require our Senior Support Workers to have previous experience in a similar role, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
