Job Description: Our client is looking for a compassionate and experienced Night Senior Support Worker to oversee the night-time operations of our care home. In this vital role, you will ensure the well-being and safety of our residents, leading a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care. Your leadership will ensure that all care plans are meticulously followed, and residents' needs are met with dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the night team to deliver high-quality care. Conduct regular checks on residents and respond promptly to their needs. Administer medication and maintain accurate records. Ensure the care home is safe and secure during the night. Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members as needed. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a care home setting. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work night shifts.
