Level 3 in Children and Young People Workforce As a Senior Support Worker, you will be committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and young people with complex needs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that each child receives personalized care that meets both their physical and emotional needs. Key Responsibilities Care Management:

Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to the unique needs of each child. Support and Guidance:

Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in care. Collaboration:

Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and educational staff to create a supportive environment. Monitoring and Reporting:

Regularly assess and document the progress of children to ensure care plans are effective and updated as necessary. Qualifications and Skills Level 3 Qualification:

You must possess a Level 3 qualification in the Children and Young People Workforce. Experience:

Demonstrable experience in working with children and young people with complex needs. Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and other professionals. Empathy and Patience:

A compassionate approach, with the ability to remain patient and understanding in challenging situations. Leadership:
