We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our team. If you’re passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and have experience in a support role, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to individuals with diverse needs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Support and communicate to a team of support workers, providing guidance and mentorship. Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and support plans. Facilitate communication between clients, families, and external agencies. Encourage clients to engage in social and recreational activities, promoting independence and community involvement. Please note:

Due to the nature of this role, there will be a need to respond to Service Users who will not always be accessible via public transport; therefore, there is a requirement to travel independently via a motorised vehicle. Who we are looking for

Previous experience in a support worker role. Relevant qualifications, such as CQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. A compassionate and patient approach to care. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. What we can offer you!
