Hours are a combination of early shifts ( 7.30 - 15.00), late shifts (14 - 23.00) , long days (7.30 - 23.00) and sleep-in (23.00 - 7.30) Senior Support Worker Requirements: Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification (e.g., a degree in Health and Social Care) or currently working towards it. Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is essential-candidates without one will not be considered. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a residential setting is required.
