Senior Residential Support Workers

to join our team and provide specialized care for youth in a solo home setting. This role is focused on supporting children and teens with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), helping them thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and support to the care team in a solo home environment. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards. Build strong, positive relationships with children, supporting their emotional development and well-being. Oversee daily activities, promote positive behavior, and ensure safety at all times. Lead by example, supporting and mentoring staff through supervision, appraisals, and training. Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. Proven experience in residential settings, especially working with youth facing Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Strong leadership and communication skills tailored for solo home management. Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
