Senior Surveyor – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Fixed Term (12 Months) Are you an experienced Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading managing agent, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Surveyor to oversee property management and service delivery for a key client portfolio. The Role: Reporting to the Associate Director (Surveying), you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, occupier liaison, service charge management, and compliance across assigned properties. Key Responsibilities: Oversee property and client service delivery, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Support planned works and long-term asset management in collaboration with the Building Consultancy Team. Ensure statutory and internal compliance, including audits and specialist assessments. Authorise supplier payments and submit funding requests to the client. Provide due diligence for client building acquisitions. Review lease agreements and ensure occupier compliance. Engage with occupiers to enhance satisfaction and retention through forums and customer experience initiatives. Oversee onboarding and offboarding of instructions, including TUPE processes where applicable. Ensure alignment with RICS and ISO standards, internal policies, and industry regulations. What We’re Looking For: MRICS qualification is desirable. Strong understanding of property management, service charge budgets, and lease compliance. Knowledge of CDM Regulations, H&S compliance, and planned maintenance strategies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
