You will join a small and supportive team providing a professional valuation and estates service to the council including: management of a diverse portfolio of over 200 commercial properties management of the council's corporate and operational estate As well as time working either in the office or from home, you will be out in the community, meeting tenants and inspecting our properties. Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for commercial property valuation and management, including tasks such as new lettings, rent reviews, marketing, lease renewals, assignments, debt management, service charge management and repairs and dilapidations. Acquisitions and disposals of land and buildings. You will provide strategic advice to other departments on property issues. Benefits
