Senior Surveyor

Senior Surveyor focuses on delivering complex survey projects from planning stage through to final issue.

What the role involves

• Delivering complex survey projects from planning stage through to final issue.
• Select the most appropriate survey methodologies and equipment for each project.
• Oversee site surveys including laser scanning, GNSS and control networks.
• Analyse and validate survey data to produce accurate CAD drawings, point clouds and reports.
• Review and approve survey deliverables before issue to project teams and clients.
• Identify site constraints, access requirements and potential risks, providing practical survey solutions.

Skills and requirements

• Strong experience delivering measured building, topographical and laser scanning surveys.
• Ability to work independently Onsite and take ownership of survey delivery.
• Excellent technical knowledge of modern survey equipment and processing software.
• Interest in mentoring and supporting the development of junior staff.
