I am looking for a Senior Surveyor to join a social housing provider in the Surrey area. The Senior Surveyor will be responsible for managing the surveying function including a team of multi-disciplined surveyors. This is an initial 3 month contract.

Senior Surveyor Responsibilities:

Operational lead of the surveying function for the delivery of annual programmes. Ensure the team deals with surveying enquiries from beginning to end. Develop and sustain long term strategic relationships with key partners. Lead, manage and motivate a team of surveyors.

What is Required for the Role:

HNC or equivalent professional experience. Appropriate surveying qualification. RICS/ CIOB - desirable. Degree in surveying - desirable.
