Senior Sustainability Consultant

This is a great opportunity to join an international multidisciplinary company who provide expertise across disciplines and sectors to deliver an integrated way of working to the built environment. They are on the lookout for an Experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant for their Manchester offices and to work on a diverse range of high-profile projects across the workplace, healthcare, and education sectors.
Role Responsibilities
Produce operational and embodied net zero carbon strategies and assessments Lead on material lifecycle and circularity assessments Deliver BREEAM and LEED assessments for each stage of the various projects you will be leading on Carry out post-occupancy evaluations and undertake NABERS simulations Qualifications
Relevant degree within environmental science, sustainability, or built environment Strong experience as a Sustainability Consultant within the construction industry BREEAM AP qualification with good experience delivering BREEAM Assessments throughout a project’s lifecycle Experience delivering LEED, Ska, WELL building standard assessments Experience carrying out circular assessments and Whole Life Carbon Assessments Excellent communication and organisational skills Benefits
