THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to support the analysis, design, and validation of complex systems and subsystems. You will ensure high-quality product delivery through effective requirement management, verification, and validation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Requirement Analysis: Analyse system and subsystem requirements, derive functional, hardware, and safety specifications. Documentation: Author and update Software/Hardware Requirement Specifications and ensure traceability from Technical Requirements. Verification & Validation: Develop verification plans, define test scenarios, and execute tests to qualify equipment. Testing & Compliance: Record test results, address non-conformances, and refine procedures. Certification: Produce design certification documentation and review technical publications for consistency. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet product lifecycle requirements. SKILLS: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering. Strong experience in requirement analysis, verification, and validation. Skilled in managing Software/Hardware Requirement Specifications and executing tests. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: Defence or aerospace experience, familiarity with C2 systems, and knowledge of safety/performance standards.
