Senior Systems Engineer
to support complex, integrated maritime systems for the UK Defence Sector. Your Mission As a key member of our Defence Systems Engineering team, you’ll play an integral role across the entire project lifecycle, from concept to in-service, ensuring the delivery of vital systems for the UK’s Naval assets. You'll work on multi-domain, state-of-the-art systems, contributing to the operational effectiveness of the Royal Navy. What You’ll Do Lead Systems Engineering activities across the full project lifecycle Implement and support Systems Engineering processes and methodologies Lead technical reviews and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Ensure timely delivery within budget, meeting company standards and customer expectations What You’ll Bring Proven experience in Systems Engineering models, lifecycle planning, and technical reporting Expertise in requirements development, design, integration, and acceptance A degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering, Software, or Hardware Engineering Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Enterprise Architect, MBSE, SysML, and UML Experience with military standards, marine equipment, and safety-critical systems Knowledge of agile principles and scrum methodologies INCOSE certification (Associate/Chartered Systems Engineering Professional) Please note, candidates must be eligible for SC clearance
