About the Role

You will be part of our fast-paced SysAdmin team, working closely with the wider department to oversee and maintain internal server operations, manage networks, and ensure optimal system performance. In this role, you will proactively address technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs, as the team embraces an automation-first approach. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and managing client infrastructure, driving the adoption of best practices to support organisational growth and resilience. This position places a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and ensuring the long-term success of our systems and processes. Responsibilities

Manage and ensure the seamless operation and availability of new and existing infrastructure Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and networking issues across internal and client systems Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for system administration and procedural workflows Research and evaluate new technologies and innovative solutions to address business challenges Work collaboratively with the DevSecOps and Project teams to align with and to support business needs Development and implement repeatable, solutions as code, utilising version control best practices. Required Experience

5+ years System Administration Experience Strong Linux and Windows administration LDAP + AD management Scripting (Bash, Python and Powershell) Git Strong communication and teamwork abilities Strong networking experience Desirable Experience

Ansible, or similar automation tooling Exposure to industry security practises Exposure to CI/CD tooling (BitBucket, Jenkins) Database Administration (MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus) Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices. Experience with Agile methodologies What We Can Offer
