Senior Systems Engineer About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for identifying stakeholder needs, defining product requirements, and establishing key design assumptions. You'll lead validation, verification, and configuration processes using systems engineering tools, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll drive technical understanding through system analysis, functional decomposition, fault diagnosis, and architectural design, while solving complex engineering problems. About You You hold a BEng, BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or have an equivalent qualification with substantial industrial experience. Relevant post-degree industrial experience, or industry trained. You have proven expertise in using systems engineering tools to design and deliver electromechanical systems and have experience in selecting suitable validation and verification processes. You're experienced in interfacing with manufacturing processes and enjoy collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
