THE ROLE

Key responsibilities The Senior Infrastructure - Systems Team is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will provide enterprise level specialist infrastructure support on Active Directory, AVD, Azure, O365, VMware and associated storage.

Specific duties This role requires a highly skilled and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable with the following: Collaborating with Project Managers to understand project goals and timelines. Elicit and analyze client requirements to identify technical solutions. Developing detailed technical designs, including diagrams and specifications. Designing and implementing solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure. Managing and maintaining Azure environments, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. Identifying and implementing performance improvements. Ensuring system security and compliance with industry standards. Researching and evaluating new technologies to recommend optimal solutions. Creating technical proposals and presentations. ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results while embracing change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

The Ideal Candidate Microsoft Certifications (required) ITIL (required) Experience with service management ticketing systems At least 3 years in a similar role Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Ability to work occasional out of hours is also required but overtime is available.
