My client, a high profile, global Hedge Fund, is looking to hire a UK Talent Acquisition Partner into the firm's expanding London office.
The hire will be a key member of the wider people team and will be responsible for all talent acquisition in the firm. The focus is to take ownership of resourcing across the Front Office and Senior/Executive roles and drive a direct model where possible, as well as build relationships with key suppliers. This is an exciting time to join the firm as they are expanding and will build out the Talent team, creating growth opportunities for the right In-House Recruiter.
The ideal Talent Acquisition Partner will have a progressive recruitment career within financial services and be familiar with the expectations that come with delivering in the FS market. It is likely that the successful TA Partner will have worked for a Hedge Fund, but other financial services will also be considered. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a pre-requisite. You will have experience in a pacey recruitment environment and have a track record of successfully placing Senior/Executive level candidates.
Requirements:
Lead end-to-end full lifecycle recruitment, from direct approach to search completion across Front Office - Early Careers & Senior Hires
Build talent pipelines, and drive proactive searching
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
Demonstrate expert level of understanding of the line of business recruiting
Conduct appropriate compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
