Our commitment to a flexible and hybrid working culture The role: In partnership with the aligned business areas, support the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and deliver a Talent Acquisition strategy that supports the delivery and achievement of Arqiva’s overall business goals, ambitions, culture and employee engagement/experience, ensuring adoption and alignment. Develop relationships with the leaders in the aligned business areas, being a trusted partner and primary contact for all resourcing needs, collaborating with the Strategic HR Business Partner as appropriate. Own the candidate experience (internal and external) at all stages of the recruitment process, providing the business with a qualified and diverse candidate pool including approaching passive candidates. Place hiring manager and candidate experience at the centre of the recruitment process, tracking progress and implementing changes by adopting a continuous improvement mindset. Provide expert Talent Acquisition advice and guidance to leaders in line with legislation and best practice. Play an active role as part of the Talent Acquisition team, contributing thought leadership and role modelling best practice leadership behaviour. Advise the TA team, wider P+C Team and business on supplier/market feedback. Actively monitor KPIs/success measures, implementing plans to ensure their achievement on a consistent basis. Contribute to the evaluation of Talent Acquisition tooling, including Market Insights, Candidate Attraction tools and other suppliers, to ensure effective usage and return on investment. Diversity & Inclusion – proactively work with the experts across the team to ensure that Arqiva is Inclusive, championing this within Talent Acquisition and personally role-modelling. Provide thought leadership on evolving opportunities to contribute to Arqiva’s Diversity and Inclusion agenda, sponsoring this across the business. The person: Demonstrable experience of delivery in a similar Talent Acquisition position ideally in Technology, Media and Broadcast, Utilities. Commitment to collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset. Sound understanding of relevant employment legislation and best practice. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commercially astute with the ability to assess the financial and business impact of talent acquisition related decisions and exercise sound judgement. Inclusive Arqiva:
