Senior Talent Consultant

to lead business development and recruitment efforts in North Wales. This organisation is known for supporting local talent and tackling the ‘brain drain’ by connecting skilled professionals with opportunities across the region. In this role, you’ll take on responsibilities such as: Implementing business development strategies Managing current client accounts and fostering client relationships Networking at industry events and local career fairs as well as North England Engaging with students, graduates, and potential hires Supporting the growth of the organisation’s talent network across Wales You’ll be joining a growing, friendly team in an award-winning start-up environment. Your voice will be heard and you will have a chance to make a meaningful impact from day one. The ideal candidate brings: 1+ year of experience in 360 recruitment (any sector, temp or perm considered) Sales or business development expertise Relationship-driven approach to sales and recruitment Fluency in Welsh (spoken not written necessary) Proficiency with CRM / ATS systems and Microsoft Office Full UK driver’s license Experience in graduate recruitment and knowledge of the North Wales talent landscape would be highly advantageous.
