As Senior Talent Partner, Your Role Will Include:
Lead the talent acquisition strategy across the business, focusing on both immediate and future hiring requirements in alignment with the wider business strategy. Work in partnership with managers on coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and employer branding. Build strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, having an awareness of when external support is required for specific roles. Oversee global hiring ensuring compliance with international employment legislation. Be a champion of cultural initiatives to foster an engaging, inclusive, and positive workplace.
As Senior Talent Partner, ideally, you will bring the following areas of skills and expertise:
Proven talent acquisition expertise, both UK and internationally, ideally in a high growth or technology environment. Ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels to foster engagement and growth. Proficient in using recruitment data and metrics to inform and improve talent acquisition strategies. Familiar with performance management processes, DE&I, and succession planning. Ideally CIPD L5 qualification.
