A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate with 5-7 years’ PQE to become an integral part of the firm’s dynamic and progressive Tax group. This role is within the firm’s corporate reorganisation team, and will support the Partners in driving this area forward.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising the firm’s clients on a wide range of tax matters arising from international corporate reorganisations.
Qualifications required:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5-7 years’ PQE from a recognised Tax team.
- Experience leading on international corporate reorganisations.
- Stable career record and excellent academic background.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
