Manage a diverse portfolio of tax clients, focusing on complex tax work related to restructures, mergers, sales, and succession planning. Ensure meticulous accuracy and attention to detail in all tax-related tasks. Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, ensuring top-notch client service and engagement. Lead business development efforts, showcasing commercial acumen and identifying opportunities for growth. Innovate and suggest more efficient ways of working, contributing positively to the team and the broader organisation. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fully qualified CTA with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven track record of managing complex tax issues for SMEs. Exceptional relationship-building skills with a knack for client interaction. Robust business development skills and commercial insight. Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
