What you’ll be doing We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic tax team and oversee critical aspects of our tax compliance, planning, and reporting functions. This role will report to the Finance Director and involve collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard the organization’s tax interests while aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Tax Compliance & Reporting:

Manage the preparation and submission of accurate and timely corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations. Oversee the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements. Manage audits and correspondence with tax authorities. Ensure compliance with indirect taxes and payroll tax obligations.

Tax Planning & Strategy:

Provide analysis of legislative changes and recommend strategies to address potential impacts. Support cross-border tax planning and transfer pricing policies. Collaborate with finance and legal teams on mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

Team Management and Development:

Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals. Coordinate the work of internal tax teams and external advisors. Act as a technical expert on complex tax issues.

Risk Management and Advisory:

Identify and mitigate tax risks. Stay up-to-date with global tax developments.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Tax systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement system enhancements.

Data Management:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Tax data across all systems. Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.

What you bring to the team The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and background: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field. Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent.

Experience:

Significant experience in tax management. Strong knowledge and experience in EMEA tax regulations.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of direct and indirect taxes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong people management skills.
