You will be expected to work on a rotational shift pattern to ensure we provide 24-hour senior nurse cover to the department and also support the Matron as a team leader. The workload throughout the department is very varied and interesting with no two days being the same. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a high sense of professionalism, and a strong belief in the value of teamwork. Person specification
