Job Description We are offering a permanent role for a Senior Team Leader Fire Alarm Engineer to carry out Commissioning, Maintenance, Remedials and Emergency Lighting works, 40 hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, to an ambitious and driven individual looking for a long-term career opportunity and progression within the company. What you're looking for in us: You will receive a Competitive Salary (OTE: £40,000 to £45,000 PA basic pay (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus (Circa of £5000.00 PA), plus overtime and callout allowance with the successful candidate earning a potential annual remuneration of circa

£50,000.00 . On-Call Pay Supplement which is circa 1 week in 6. A Company Pension. 21 days holiday plus bank holidays - With an additional day per full year of employment completed (Jan - Dec) up to a maximum of 24 days holiday plus bank holidays per year. You will also receive a fully equipped New Company Vehicle and Fuelcard, a Business Smart Phone, Tools/Equipment, and a Company Uniform. Ongoing Training and Development Programme, with both internal and external training available, that will enable you to reach your potential and achieve job satisfaction. What we are looking for in you: A minimum of 5 years of Expertise in commissioning, servicing, and carrying out remedial work on Fire Alarm Systems, including Addressable and Conventional Systems. Carrying out Emergency Lighting and Fire Extinguisher Testing and remedials, servicing and remedial work. Good Team leader Skills to Mentor/Support and Develop a Small Team of Engineers. Good Time Management Skills - to ensure you work to the schedule timescales agreed with the Customer. Good Writing Skills - to complete Work Report Sheets, Checklists and Certification accurately and Clearly. Customer Focus and effective Interpersonal Skills - to always put our customers' safety needs first and offer a personal approach. Acute attention to detail - to investigate complex faults, and identify if the customer requires additional products and services to enhance their safety. Flexible and able to work as a part of a team - to form part of the On-Call Rota when scheduled and be readily available to support your colleagues where required. Have a full UK Driving Licence and ability to drive in congested areas such as London.
