Grounds Maintenance Senior Team Leader

Who are you?
A natural leader who bonds and develops, capable of running scheduled works. Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment. Enthusiasm, strong leadership, and great communication skills. Understand and subscribe to the importance of working as a team. IT knowledge to deal with emails, systems and scheduling. A full driving licence. Previous experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions would be an advantage.
A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You
Assisting the Contract Supervisor in the effective management of the programmed maintenance. Oversee the programme of works and delivery through the Glendale Live field management system. Motivate, support and monitor the performance of delivery teams across a wide geographical area. Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness. Proactively lead by example, especially in QHSE requirements. Maintenance and enforcement of security of vehicle, plant and equipment. Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforce and maintain workforce discipline. Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture. Client meetings along with the ability to quantify and support new schemes pricing.
