Senior Techical Specialist

Senior Techical Specialist focuses on as the sme in the team, you will own and be responsible for the provision of maintenance.

What the role involves

• As the SME in the team, you will own and be responsible for the provision of maintenance.
• Also be expected to co-ordinate small teams of technicians to deliver new services and service improvements.
• As the SME, you will lead in developing desktop elements and providing 3rd line support.
• System Monitoring & Management.

Skills and requirements

• Have strong Windows knowledge and experience managing the cyber elements of the ecosystem.
• Tech stack knowledge will include Windows 11, Servers, Intune, Bitlocker, Azure virtual desktop, MFA and knowledge of supporting printers on an enterprise level.

Confirmed role details

• There will be occasional out of hours requirements for planned works or major incidents, therefore you will need to be within an hour of the location and have your own transport.
