Essex We are working with a multi-disciplinary architectural practice, who are seeking an experienced Technical Architect or Architectural Technician to join their team as an Senior Technical Manager. You will ideally have a background with housebuilders, developers, or have worked for an architectural practice specialising in large-scale residential and master planning projects. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of residential and development projects in the southern region, working with an award-winning team. As the technical expert, you will use AutoCAD and Revit to prepare planning packs for submissions. The Architectural Technologist will ideally have the following attributes: A degree or background in Architectural Technology or a related field At least 7-8 years of relevant experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Strong detailing knowledge to support the delivery team A highly motivated, well-organised, and diligent approach Ability to lead and mentor others Excellent understanding of building regulations and RIBA stages A strong understanding of building regulations and planning legislation is essential.
