Blayze Group are currently working with a leading residential developer seeking a Senior Technical Manager to join their business on an exciting high-end development in West London.

You will be managing the internal and external design and technical teams, reporting directly into the head of technical.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the internal and external technical team, ensuring the project schedule remains on track. Provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the project is aligned with the programme. Ensure correct information is presented to relevant parties. Manage project budgets and timelines. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, safety and environmental issues.

Requirements:

Previous experience managing technical and design teams on multi-phase RC Frame developments. Experience managing projects end-to-end. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail across all aspects of work.

Package:

Salary up to £120,000 DOE Annual Bonus Car Allowance up to £8,000 Private Medical Healthcare Pension Scheme
