Due to successful completion of previous schemes and the ability to create and maintain strong relationships, they are now looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join the business, providing quality new build mixed-use residential schemes.
Years of expertise within the construction industry with strong financial backing allow them to function in an autonomous manner and secure new developments.
Responsibilities
Ensure the Technical team is fully resourced, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities.
Engage with the management of the business, in accordance with corporate responsibility for the business, and work effectively as part of the senior management team.
Provide a practical and cost-effective technical service to the company.
Ensure that best practice is followed, costs are controlled, and the department maximizes revenue generation and contribution to the company’s operating profit.
Responsible for producing technical design solutions encompassing site evaluation, architectural and engineering design, the investigation of technical problems encountered, and provision of economical viable resolutions.

Someone who is able to deliver a project from start to finish.
Enthusiastic and able to drive a team.
People person who can communicate well.
Experience in new build high-rise and reinforced concrete residential projects.
Methodical, degree qualified in construction or equivalent.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business.
Good problem solver and able to work with minimal instruction.
Smart, presentable, and happy to deal directly with customers and clients.
Punctual, reliable, and possess good practical skills.
Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
