Job Description

A leading Global Payments Fintech is looking for a Snr Product Manager with a technical background who'll be key in scaling their product offering. The business is growing rapidly and this is an amazing opportunity to have a significant impact on their growth. You'll work with various stakeholders across the business to develop a best in class product offering, managing the whole product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of APIs, payment rails, and fintech ecosystems, bringing innovative ideas to life while managing cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Roadmap & Strategy: Define and manage the mid to long-term product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives. Product Development: Work closely with engineering, sales, and compliance to develop and prioritize the product backlog and ensure smooth agile processes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with sales, legal, finance, and other departments to gather product requirements and address customer needs. API & Payment Rails: Focus on API development and major payment systems like FPS, CHAPS, SWIFT, and SEPA. Key requirements: 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments A strong technical understanding of APIs and payments rails (FPS, CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA) Strong Stakeholder management skills, being able to influence and guide them toward business goals Experience in agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics while being able to work closely with Technical stakeholders and development teams. Proven ability to deliver customer-focused solutions and champion UX This role is Hybrid (3x/week in the City)
