is looking for an experienced

Senior Technical Product Manager

to join the core team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Almanak's Agentic Platform. You will collaborate closely with the leadership and cross-functional teams, including Business, Research & Engineering to deliver innovative products that meet our users' needs. Responsibilities:

Drive Almanak's platform product vision, strategy, and roadmap; Own the delivery of applications related to data systems, machine-learning operations, and applied data science in the crypto industry; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize user requirements and develop product specifications; Apply high-level knowledge of the web application stack, like front-end, back-end, machine-learning back-end, and data systems, in discussions with engineers; Define metrics and achievements to accelerate discovery, evaluate the success of products against their aims, goals, and objectives, and share lessons and insights across the wider business; Work closely with Business, Research & Engineering teams to deliver high-quality products; Facilitate and lead the daily Engineering rituals, like stand-ups, retrospectives, and refinements; Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch; Collect and analyze user feedback and data to drive product improvements; Define and track key product metrics to measure success; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product management in the technology industry, preferably within crypto; Solid understanding of AI agents and crypto products landscapes; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proven track record of successfully delivering products from concept to launch; Desire to continue hands-on delivery contributing to the most critical challenges; Strong communication skills, ability to develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders; Capability to swiftly master new technical fields & acquire understanding to recognize challenges and risks; Understanding blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts and technologies is a plus; Previous experience in the Web3 industry or having actively used decentralized applications is a plus; If you read all the requirements, please add the codeword
