Senior Technical Services Manager focuses on provide technical leadership, governance, and assurance across allocated projects.

What the role involves

Provide technical leadership, governance, and assurance across allocated projects.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Employer’s Requirements, and industry best practice.
Design, Construction, and Sustainability teams.
Leading technical input on complex, high-value, or high-risk tenders.
Provide guidance and oversight to TSMs and ATSMs during tender reviews.
Coordinating technical inputs across multiple TSMs where required.

Skills and requirements

Proficiency in Procore or similar Document Control Programmes.

Additional role context

We have delivered £1.7 billion worth of projects since our inception in 1991.
