What the role involves

  • Provide technical leadership, governance, and assurance across allocated projects.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Employer’s Requirements, and industry best practice.
  • Design, Construction, and Sustainability teams.
  • Leading technical input on complex, high-value, or high-risk tenders.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to TSMs and ATSMs during tender reviews.
  • Coordinating technical inputs across multiple TSMs where required.

Skills and requirements

  • Proficiency in Procore or similar Document Control Programmes.
