Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to be engaged on a permanent basis located in Filton, Bristol.
What you'll be doing: Providing specialist knowledge in responding to engineering queries raised by the client partners, relating to the design, safety, maintenance and operation of the equipment and systems installed. Liaising and building relationships with partners. To technically review proposed support documentation for the client to achieve final acceptance before publication. Working independently and as a member of the Support Engineering Team. To attend and provide support to various Stakeholder meetings. Identifying information to support the process and manage the Database providing outputs for review. Your skills and experiences: Essential: HNC or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or work experience within a relevant field. Competent user of Microsoft Software Packages. Desirable: An understanding of mechanical systems/electrical power generation. Why We're Different:
