This company is a thriving Managed Service Provider that offers a variety of IT services and solutions to a vast range of local enterprises. Due to their continued success, they are expanding their Infrastructure and Networking team.
In this role, you will solve a variety of problems for clients, providing 1st and 2nd line support on software/network and IT hardware troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of networking including LAN, WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and DHCP. You will also have experience with firewalls, routing & switching, MS 365, and ideally virtualization.
The Role:
Troubleshooting and resolving issues 1st / 2nd line support 1 in 4 weeks on call + some occasional weekend working Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of client networks & infrastructure Mon to Fri, 09:00-17:00 On-site/Field-based
The Person:
Networking/Routing/Firewall experience Experience with Microsoft 365 Virtualization experience, such as VMware or Hyper-V desirable MSP background desirable
