What We’re Offering A competitive salary starting at £36,000, with OTE up to £40,000 including bonuses and overtime. A robust training plan to hone your skills and support your career progression. As a Senior Vehicle Technician and Workshop Controller you’ll be responsible for: Servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs with precision and efficiency. Carrying out warranty repairs and completing accurate documentation. Ensuring work meets high safety and quality standards. You will be running a small team of 4 Technicians whilst having a hands-on role within the workshop. What We’re Looking For A proactive team player with excellent communication skills. Someone with the ability to work independently and efficiently within time constraints. A passion for delivering exceptional service and attention to detail. A positive leader with a can-do attitude. The ability to lead by example and instill a high-performance work ethic. Work Schedule Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30 One in four Saturdays: 08:30 – 12:00 Why This Role is for You
