SENIOR TERRITORY MANAGER UK Manchester or London VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Senior Territory Manager UK to join our Sales team and be based in London or Manchester. Let’s Talk about the Role The Sr Territory Manager is responsible to ensure all opportunities in the area of sales, marketing, product, and operations are heard and quantified. The primary goal is to ensure that all seasonal and yearly quantitative and qualitative objectives are met and aligned to the overall strategy. How You Will Make a Difference You will achieve this by: Developing and building strong strategic partnerships with top accounts (both KA and field). Owning & leading the marketplace & account planning process for your territory, ensuring complete execution and alignment on seasonal initiatives to the overall GTM strategy. Driving in-depth market knowledge and insights across the team and into the Stabio HQ team, to inform consumer-right decision making and quantify the key opportunities for growth. Driving in-store & digital Brand presence, to ensure excellent Brand consumer awareness and connection, in line with our Consumer Segmentation strategy. Planning, controlling, and executing activities to hit the required sales targets and the desired profit margins. Driving the assortment planning and segmentation process within the defined distribution policy within the territory, to ensure market differentiation, in order to build the base for future sustainable profitable growth. Driving the seasonal selling ‘Go to Market’ process including pre-buying meetings. Skills for Success Minimum of 7 years working experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years Strategic Key Account Management. Strong knowledge of the Lifestyle/Action Sports industry is an advantage. Proven strong influencing skills to work across a complex matrix organization. Ability to work at a strategic level within the key account and at the same time being a brand leader. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Strategic and analytical mindset.
