Senior Test Analyst , you’ll lead testing efforts for complex applications, with a likely focus on legal applications and
3E practice management systems . You’ll play a key role in defining and delivering quality assurance strategies while mentoring junior team members. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors will ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Functional Testing:
Lead system, system integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing. Test Scenarios & Scripts:
Define and maintain high-quality test scenarios using various design inputs. Defect Management:
Develop and implement defect management processes, including raising and retesting quality defects with vendors. Exploratory Testing:
Apply exploratory techniques to improve test coverage. Risk Management:
Use risk-based testing techniques to prioritise workloads effectively. Progress Reporting:
Establish and maintain test progress dashboards to communicate updates with senior stakeholders. Collaboration:
Work closely with client stakeholders, third parties, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. Mentorship:
Provide guidance and direction to junior team members. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Test Analyst with the following experience: Essential Skills & Experience: 5+ years of functional testing experience
across system, system integration, end-to-end, and UAT. Proven ability to define and maintain test scenarios and scripts. Experience in
3E practice management system quality assurance. Strong background in the
legal sector . Expertise in defect management processes and workflows. Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and vendors. Ability to create and manage
test progress dashboards . Strong collaboration skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience using
