A new opportunity is available for a Senior Test Design Engineer to join a leading aerospace company in Fareham. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll be supporting the design, development, and qualification of aircraft fuel and safety systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop test rigs, stands, and fixtures. Act as the focal point for the manufacture of test fixtures and equipment. Prepare and review technical documentation such as proposals, specifications, and reports. Manage test equipment requests, scoping work, and resource requirements.
Requirements:
Apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering (or similar). Mechanical engineering experience. Experience in test rig and fixture design.
